The long suffering off-season has finally come to an end with a rematch of last year’s Super Bowl as the Carolina Panther’s traveled to Denver to battle the Broncos for the second time in 2016.
Both teams played with tremendous effort, but ultimately Denver was able to overcome a slew of turnovers and come from behind to defeat the Panthers 21-20.
Although many thought it was foolhardy of Denver head coach Gary Kubiak to start second year signal caller Trevor Siemian, the young gun showed poise under the bright lights and proved the Broncos’ brass right in giving him the keys to what was so recently Peyton Manning’s offense.

For Denver fans the rocket ride of being the best team on earth continues.
For Carolina’s faithful, the puzzle of how to get over the hump remains unsolved.
Everyone else must wait until this weekend for their team(s) to enter the fray and begin their campaign’s to gain sports ultimate prize, the Super Bowl LI trophy next February in sunny Houston Texas.
