Saturday Game Day Primer (9/30/2016)

It’s Friday! You know what that means? That’s right! Tomorrow is College Game Day for most of the NCAA Football Bowl Series teams. This weekend brings some great match-ups with two ranked rumbles headlining the day.

#8 Wisconsin taking on #4 Michigan at 3:30pm EST

This battle of the Big Ten division leaders pits two stingy defenses against two crafty offenses. Expect this one to be about strategy, coaching and which team can play the most mistake-free football to take the lead in the Big Ten conference.

#3 Louisville facing #5 Clemson in primetime at 8:00pm EST

Louisville’s Heisman hopeful Lamar Jackson leads his undefeated Cardinals into Death Valley in the hopes of snatching a win from last year’s #2 team the Clemson Tigers. However, Clemson has their own Heisman hopeful in signal caller Deshaun Watson. The two quarterbacks have combined for over 2300 yards and 21 touchdowns so far this season.
